Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision and use of the SafeRoute school bus tracking and management service. By accessing or using the Service, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of the Agreement

1.1 Service Description

SafeRoute is a white-labeled software solution designed to provide real-time GPS tracking, student attendance verification (RFID/QR), automated routing, and communication tools for school transport operations.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms, along with the specific financial and service details defined in the separate Order Form and Service Level Agreement (SLA), constitute the entire agreement.

2. Client Obligations

2.1 License Grant

Esson grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the SafeRoute applications (Manager, Driver, Parent) solely for managing school transport.

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

The Client (the School) retains full ownership of all student personal data. Esson acts as a Data Processor in compliance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA, 2023).
