A. Information Provided by Clients and Users

  • 1. Operational Staff/Driver App Users: Profile Information: Name, phone number, driver's license details (for transport systems), and employee IDs. Operational Data: Vehicle details (model, license plate, capacity), inventory logs, and route details.
  • 2. Management/Administrative Users: Institutional Details: Client Company name, address, and administrative contact information. Financial Data: Service fees and billing contact information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • 1. Location Data (Crucial for Service): Transport/Asset Tracking: We collect precise, real-time location data from integrated hardware (GPS trackers) or driver/field-staff devices during active operations (foreground and background). This is required for live tracking, route optimization, and operational efficiency features.
  • 2. Usage & Device Data: Information sent by your browser or device, including IP address, browser type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data for system improvement.

4. Purpose of Processing

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Provision: To create user accounts, manage inventory, schedule logistics tasks, and facilitate the SCM software systems.
  • Route & Efficiency Optimization: Analyzing location and operational data to create efficient travel routes and logistics workflows.
  • Visibility & Control: Providing real-time location visibility of assets and goods to Client Managers to ensure operational integrity.
  • Communication: To contact you regarding your account, subscription renewals, operational alerts, or service updates.
  • Identification: To verify the identity of operational staff and managers to prevent unauthorized access to client data.
  • Support: To provide customer support and resolve technical issues.
  • Legal Compliance: To fulfill obligations under Nigerian law and enforce our agreements.
